Product Manager

We're Hiring | Product Manager—CEO's Office | Delhi

Location: Delhi NCR (Frequent travel to Palwal Plant)

Experience: 1-5 yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Support product development, product planning, feature prioritization, and documentation.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Testing & Validation teams to identify and resolve product issues.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions (CAPA), and issue closure.
• Build dashboards, MIS reports, trackers, and data-driven insights using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and support product improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to cost optimization, value engineering, and gross margin improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and support strategic initiatives from the CEO's Office.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards, Data Analysis).
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with frequent factory visits.
• High ownership, execution mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred:

• Exposure to Product Development, Manufacturing, Program Management, Product Operations, or Engineering Support.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle, Quality Systems, Testing & Validation, BOM, or Costing.
