Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager with experience in Pain Management, Ortho, and Neuro segments to join our team at the Hyderabad office. The candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, developing marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and supporting business expansion initiatives for the company’s specialty product portfolio.


Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans. 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. 

• Manage product lifecycle from launch to post-marketing activities. 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, QA). 

• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning. 

• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and profitability. 

• Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. 


Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. 
  • Experience in product launches and brand management.
