Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to oversee our office day-to-day operations and act as the head of destination management for the locations managed by Wayfind Trip Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Act as the head of destination management, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of travel packages and services offered.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling travel packages and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing offerings.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Management from a Reputed university
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
