We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to oversee our office day-to-day operations and act as the head of destination management for the locations managed by Wayfind Trip Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Act as the head of destination management, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of travel packages and services offered.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling travel packages and promotional strategies.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing offerings.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
