Product Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Product Operations Executive to support product demonstrations, client onboarding, and day-to-day product operations for our HRMS software platform. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to explain software features clearly to clients.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demos and presentations for clients and prospects
• Understand HRMS software modules and explain product functionalities effectively
• Support product onboarding and customer training sessions
• Coordinate with sales, product, and support teams for smooth client implementation
• Handle customer queries and provide basic technical assistance
• Prepare demo environments, presentations, and product documents
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
• Assist in product operations, testing, and process improvements
• Maintain client interaction records and follow-up activities
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong technical understanding of software products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of HRMS/HR Tech products is an advantage
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Confidence in client-facing interactions
