Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Product liaison for cross-functional operational workflows, coordinating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and business operations teams to ensure seamless process alignment
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end account and subscription lifecycle processes, from onboarding through renewal and changes, ensuring all relevant departments are informed and in sync
- Partner with internal business teams to identify process gaps in how product capabilities connect to downstream operational systems, and lead initiatives to close those gaps
- Lead recurring cross-departmental sync cadences to track open items, surface blockers, and drive resolution with urgency and accountability
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and escalation frameworks for workflows that span multiple internal teams
- Track and report on operational KPIs related to cross-team coordination health, workflow accuracy, and interdepartmental SLA adherence
- Structure and drive strategic alignment initiatives by gathering inputs across departments, leading analyses, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Enable the Product team to continuously improve delivery practices through best-in-class frameworks for planning, communication, and cross-functional rollout
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or program management, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of coordinating complex workflows across multiple internal departments with competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable synthesizing data from multiple sources (product analytics, revenue reporting, operational metrics) to tell a clear story
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
- Background in Product Management or UX/Product Design is a strong plus; we are looking for someone who understands how great products are built and can bring that perspective to operational work
- Familiarity with SaaS subscription models, CRM platforms, or ERP/operational systems is a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for driving decisions rather than waiting for them
