As a Product Sales Specialist at Metafusion.ai, your core responsibilities will include:
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed targets for profitable sales growth in the Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS) / Facial recognition product line.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with Business Development Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and other sales personnel to close qualified opportunities in ITMS/Facial Recognition.
- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, particularly those involved in traffic management solutions.
- Market Leadership: Lead demand-generation marketing activities in the intelligent traffic management market for video analytics.
- Coordination: Coordinate customer involvement with other company personnel, including support resources, team members, and management as needed to effectively position and sell ITMS / Facial Recognition solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of video analytics products for ITMS/Facial Recognition, understanding demos to effectively position, demonstrate, and sell these solutions.
- Coaching & Development: Provide coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills specific to ITMS / Facial Recognition video analytics.
- Sales Achievement: Consistently meet assigned sales quotas for the Video Analytics for Intelligent Traffic Management Systems product line.
- Profitability Support: Drive initiatives to ensure product profitability and growth targets in the ITMS/Facial Recognition market.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet or exceed company standards, focusing on ITMS/Facial Recognition solutions.
- Training & Development: Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame for ITMS / Facial Recognition products.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions in the ITMS / Facial Recognition industry.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction in the ITMS / Facial Recognition sector.
- Motivation & Results: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a competitive zeal, particularly in the ITMS / Facial Recognition video analytics space.
- Confidence & Persistence: Confidence, persistence, and an outgoing personality to drive sales success in ITMS / Facial Recognition solutions.
- Software Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn new software and become a power user of ITMS / Facial Recognition video analytics tools.
- Process Improvement: Articulate and implement needs for process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness in the ITMS / Facial Recognition sector.
- Education: Post Graduate in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in a B2B or B2G environment. Experience in technology or software sales is preferred.
- Sales Model Knowledge: Experience in solution-selling, video analytics, VMS
