🚀 Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product engineering function from MVP to enterprise scale.
Define the technology vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap.
Design and build scalable, cloud-native, API-first SaaS solutions.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Collaborate closely with founders, product, and business stakeholders.
Drive engineering excellence, DevOps, CI/CD, security, and best practices.
Build secure, scalable microservices and enterprise integrations.

🛠 Required Technical Skills

Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL

Database: PostgreSQL, SQL Database Design

Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines

Architecture: Microservices, Distributed Systems, API-First Design, Event-Driven Architecture, System Design, Performance Optimization, Scalability

Security: Authentication & Authorization, RBAC, OAuth/JWT, Enterprise Security, Audit Trails, Data Protection Best Practices
