About Innotec Power
Innotec Power designs and manufactures permanent magnet motors, generators, and electrification systems for OEM customers worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to oversee daily production activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure products move efficiently through assembly and testing.

This is a shop-floor role. The successful candidate should enjoy working with technicians, solving production problems, and keeping work on schedule.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily assembly activities on the production floor.
Coordinate movement of materials and jobs between machining, winding, assembly, testing, and dispatch.
Ensure production orders are completed on schedule.
Support technicians during assembly and resolve day-to-day production issues.
Verify products are assembled according to drawings and work instructions.
Monitor quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and stores to resolve production delays.
Maintain production records and update job status.
Help implement safe and organized shop-floor practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
1–5 years of manufacturing or production experience (fresh graduates with strong practical experience may also be considered).
Good understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working on the shop floor throughout the day.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.


Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in motor, generator, automotive, machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
Familiarity with assembly drawings and mechanical components.
Experience coordinating production between multiple departments.
Basic knowledge of quality systems and production planning.
