Production Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily customer orders and prioritize production accordingly.
• Plan and coordinate DTF printing and heat pressing based on order priority.
• Monitor blank T-shirt inventory (sizes, colors, and designs).
• Maintain stock levels of DTF film, ink, powder, packaging materials, labels, and other consumables.
• Perform quality checks on prints before heat pressing and packing.
• Pack orders according to Roadsail's quality and branding standards.
• Print shipping labels and prepare orders for courier pickup.
• Update production and inventory status in the internal system.
• Report low stock, damaged inventory, and production issues.
• Keep the production area organized and maintain the cleanliness of printers and heat press equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn inventory and production management.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in apparel production, printing, or inventory management is an advantage but not mandatory.
