Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Merchandiser who can coordinate between clients, vendors, and our production team to ensure smooth execution of orders from development to dispatch.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing timelines, solving problems, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring production runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients regarding order requirements, approvals, and timelines.
• Create and maintain production trackers and order sheets.
• Follow up with fabric, trim, printing, embroidery, washing, and packaging vendors.
• Coordinate with pattern masters, sampling team, cutting team, and production team.
• Monitor production timelines and proactively flag delays.
• Manage procurement of fabrics, trims, labels, and packaging materials.
• Track sample development and bulk production progress.
• Coordinate dispatches and ensure orders are completed on schedule.
• Maintain production records, costing sheets, and vendor databases.
• Support founders in day-to-day production planning and execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Fashion Management, Merchandising, or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Prior experience in garment manufacturing, merchandising, sourcing, or production coordination is preferred.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production workflows.
• Experience working with vendors and production units.
• Understanding of sampling and bulk production processes.
• Familiarity with fashion startups and apparel brands.
