Production/ QC Executive (Food Manufacturing)

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sonipat for the position of Production Executive. The Production Executive will oversee daily production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include production planning, resource allocation, managing production schedules, maintaining quality control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves supervising operations, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and productivity.

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management, with the ability to efficiently coordinate workflow and optimize resources
• Knowledge and experience in Food Technology and Quality Control to ensure compliance with industry standards and product excellence
• Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and problem-solving
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the food production or consumer goods sector is an advantage
