Role Description The Production Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Orientbell Tiles facility in Vadodara. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing activities run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards and production targets. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating production planning, allocating resources, and monitoring workflow to minimize downtime and maintain output. The role involves supervising and guiding production team members, conducting shift briefings, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams. The Production Supervisor will also support continuous improvement initiatives, enforce safety and housekeeping practices, and prepare regular reports on production performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and the ability to motivate and develop production staff.
• Candidates should possess skills in Production Schedules and Production Planning to effectively organize shifts, manage workflows, and meet production deadlines.
• Candidates should possess Production Management capabilities to oversee processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and optimize resource utilization.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, report production status, and address issues promptly.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in tile, ceramics, or building materials manufacturing, or similar process-driven industries, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, lean manufacturing principles, and basic data analysis for production metrics is beneficial.
• Ability to work in shift-based operations, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
