Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Production X-Ray Scanning Machine professional. The role involves planning and overseeing the production of X-ray scanning machines, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines. The professional will monitor daily operations on the production floor, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to production equipment. Responsibilities include implementing and following safety protocols, maintaining production documentation, and supporting audits and compliance requirements. The role also includes training and guiding production team members on processes, quality requirements, and best practices, as well as communicating production status, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.
Qualifications
  • Strong production planning and production management skills, with experience in scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource utilization.
  • Experience in quality control, including inspection, testing, and documentation aligned with relevant industry standards.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in training team members on processes, equipment operation, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Background in manufacturing or production of electro-mechanical or electronic systems; experience with X-ray or security screening systems is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, mechanical, industrial, or a related technical field preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO or similar quality management systems, and a strong focus on safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
