Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own program management for engineering initiatives, including planning, execution tracking, and delivery governance across the full lifecycle.
• Drive DevOps-aligned delivery practices to improve release cadence, quality, and operational readiness.
• Manage SDLC execution across requirements, development, testing, deployment, and release coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality targets using structured program reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) to meet program outcomes.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product, project, or program management; minimum 5 years in IT/engineering program management
• Strong experience in program management and engineering delivery.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in DevOps-driven development and release environments.
• Knowledge of project planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP certification and knowledge of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) practices are an added advantage.

Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) / B.E. in any branch (Engineering degree)
