About Position

We are seeking experienced Program Managers with strong biomedical domain expertise to lead strategic AI and data-driven programs for a global BioPharma client. This role requires a unique combination of scientific understanding, program leadership, and client management to drive successful execution of complex applications across clinical, translational, and real-world evidence ecosystems.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex biomedical and AI-enabled programs, including planning, governance, timelines, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across clinical, biomedical, data science, engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Translate scientific and clinical objectives into structured execution plans, measurable milestones, and operational workflows.
• Partner with BioPharma stakeholders to align program priorities, delivery expectations, and strategic outcomes.
• Oversee programs involving Real-World Data (RWD), Real-World Evidence (RWE), Knowledge Graphs, GenAI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Ensure quality, traceability, and compliance within regulated healthcare and life sciences environments.
• Facilitate scientific and technical discussions related to biomedical data models, ontologies, AI-driven insights, and evidence generation workflows.
• Monitor program health through dependency management, issue resolution, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
• Support client-facing engagements, requirement workshops, and strategic discussions around AI-led biomedical solutions.
• Enable effective communication between technical teams and domain experts to ensure scientifically accurate and operationally scalable outcomes.
  
  

Expertise You'll Bring

• Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Translational Medicine, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within healthcare, life sciences, BioPharma, or biomedical research environments.
• Strong understanding of biomedical data ecosystems, including EHRs, claims data, registries, clinical outcomes, and observational research data.
• Experience managing programs involving AI/ML, GenAI, Knowledge Graphs, NLP, or data-driven healthcare platforms.
• Familiarity with biomedical ontologies and standards such as SNOMED CT, ICD, MedDRA, LOINC, or semantic data modeling frameworks.
• Working knowledge of clinical research workflows, translational research, pharmacovigilance, patient journey analysis, or evidence generation processes.
• Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery across technical and scientific stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities, particularly with global BioPharma organizations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and program governance skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving project environments with high accountability and ownership.
