Core Role -

The Program Manager – Undergraduate Programs is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of academic programs by managing faculty, student experience, academic operations, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires exceptional planning, stakeholder management, and operational excellence to deliver a world-class learning experience.

Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities -

• Own end-to-end execution of undergraduate programs, ensuring smooth academic delivery.
• Coordinate with faculty on course planning, schedules, assessments, grading, and academic timelines.
• Manage student onboarding, orientation, attendance, academic support, and grievance resolution.
• Plan and execute class schedules, examinations, and Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
• Monitor student progress and prepare academic reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with Finance on fee tracking, faculty invoices, and payment processes.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across Academics, Student Success, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance student and faculty experience.
• Support tutor recruitment, onboarding, and operational excellence initiatives.

• Passion for education and delivering exceptional learner experiences.

Candidate Profile-

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Education, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Program Management, Academic Operations, Student Success, or Education Operations.
• Prior experience in higher education, EdTech, or university program management will be an added advantage.
