What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead, scale, and deliver enterprise-grade software platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, driving platform strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale initiatives.

You will act as a bridge between engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, delivery excellence, and business impact.

Further, the leader is expected to:-

As Senior PM he/she will be responsible for Coordinating sector, departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors development from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring development is on schedule and within budget constraints. Keeps abreast of technical developments through literature, technical contacts, and industry competition. Ensures compliance with product lifecycle and development procedures and processes as well as all applicable quality and regulatory requirements. in a nutshell he/she needs to drives below activities-

  • Defining, tracking and reporting project status and metrics

As senior Program manager he/she will be responsible for FIJI / AEP deliverables from EIIC.

Execution Excellence With Strategic Execution

Partner with Product & Engineering team to define and execute end-to-end delivery of enterprise software platforms and application programs

Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics

Manages cross-functional activities[Dev, security...] ensuring deliveries against plan.

Drive PRE-PI planning along with PM,PO,SM and Architects resulting in effective PI planning

Work with EM, SM and PO to reduce the defect debt.

Owns the Project Budget/profit plan, work with EMs to determine # of dev/test resources

Customer Centricity & Stakeholder Partnership

Building partnerships and acting as Single point of contact from platform to adopters, Coordinates and focused on delivering new or upgrading existing features.

Clearly outlining expected deliverables and interdependencies towards adopter teams and with agreed timelines

Support QA team in setup and driving in-context testing with adopter teams

Drive Speed of adoption, ultimate utilization of platform features into adopters

Looks for ways to add value beyond adopters' immediate requests and initiates actions

Provide clear and regular communication on program status, risks, and outcomes

Program Risk and Issue Management

Tracks, follow up and solve dependencies as per the plan

Proactively assessing and responding to risks during the PI execution

Owns analyzing, and resolving issues that arise during a project by applying problem solving methodologies

Communicate the delays on schedule due to unplanned events and mitigation plans

Continuous Improvement

Leading and coordinating program activities and resources across the program scope to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Work with SM, EM to increase the velocity of the team

Resolve complex problems through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B Tech / M Tech
  • 13+ years experience in software development life cycle with minimum 3+ years of project management experience
