Program Manager - Strategy & Transformation

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical professional to join the CEO’s Office as a Program Manager – Strategy & Transformation.

This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team on high-priority business initiatives spanning growth, customer experience, operations, profitability, expansion, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, data-driven problem solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution capability.

This is a high-visibility role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex business problems, and can independently drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with leadership team to drive organization-wide strategic priorities and transformation programs.
• Drive special projects related to business expansion, profitability improvement, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and improvement areas across business functions.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business diagnostics to support strategic decision-making.
• Build business cases, operating models, and decision-support frameworks for key strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear execution roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.
• Support implementation of best practices, operating rhythms, and organizational governance structures.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, founder’s office, business operations, program management, or transformation roles.
• Prior experience in high-growth startups, consulting firms, consumer businesses, or internet-first companies preferred.
• Experience working directly with CXOs or business leaders is an advantage.
• High ownership mindset with strong execution orientation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics.
