The Role

We're looking for a Placement Partnerships Manager to lead employer partnerships for our Hyderabad campus.

You'll be responsible for building and growing our network of hiring partners, creating placement opportunities for students, and strengthening AccioJob's presence in the Hyderabad hiring ecosystem.

If required, you'll spend your first 1-2 months training at our Gurugram office to understand our programs, students, and placement processes before taking ownership of the Hyderabad market.

What You'll Do

Build and grow employer partnerships

• Develop and execute strategies to bring hiring opportunities for students in Hyderabad
• Build relationships with companies hiring freshers and early-career talent
• Expand AccioJob's employer network through outreach, referrals, events, and local connections

Manage the hiring partner journey

• Work with qualified leads shared by the central team
• Connect with hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, founders, and decision-makers
• Present AccioJob's talent pool and hiring solutions
• Negotiate and onboard companies as hiring partners
• Maintain long-term relationships and encourage repeat hiring

Understand hiring needs

• Learn each partner's hiring requirements and challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams to match employers with suitable candidates
• Ensure a smooth hiring experience for both employers and students

Strengthen AccioJob's presence

• Organize hiring drives, leadership sessions, employer visits, and networking opportunities
• Build awareness and trust within Hyderabad's hiring ecosystem
• Act as the key link between the Hyderabad campus and the Gurugram HQ team

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, employer relations, or a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify decision-makers, build connections, and close partnerships
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple stakeholders
• Genuine interest in helping students start successful careers
• Comfortable with regular in-person meetings, company visits, and networking events

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Hyderabad's local business and hiring ecosystem
• Experience in edtech, staffing, recruitment, or startups
