Role Description The Project Coordinator at Brandler is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of branding and design projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, organizing resources, maintaining project documentation, and communicating updates to internal teams and clients. The Project Coordinator will assist in gathering requirements, tracking progress against milestones, identifying risks, and helping resolve issues to keep projects on track. The role involves close collaboration with designers, strategists, and clients to ensure smooth workflows and consistent alignment with project goals.

• Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Comfort working in a creative environment, supporting branding, digital design, and strategy initiatives.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, email and collaboration platforms).
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues early and support effective resolutions.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode and collaborate in a team-oriented, inclusive work culture.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, design, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience coordinating projects in a creative studio, agency, or design-focused environment.
