About the Role

We are hiring a Project Coordinator (Civil Engineer) for one of our clients based in Edappally, Kochi.

The role involves coordinating architectural and interior projects, ensuring smooth communication between design teams, site teams, and clients. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge and coordination skills to support project execution, follow-ups, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing architectural and interior projects from planning to execution
• Work closely with design, site, and vendor teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking
• Conduct regular site follow-ups and monitor progress
• Assist in reviewing drawings and design outputs
• Facilitate client communication and provide project updates
• Ensure documentation and reporting are maintained accurately

Qualifications / Requirements

·      1–3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in architectural/interior projects

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic rendering tools

·      Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings

·      Strong coordination and organizational skills

·      Good communication and client-handling ability

·      Willingness to travel for site follow-ups within the city
