About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring seamless communication.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly client reports, project status reports, and performance updates.
• Schedule client meetings, document Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Track project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
• Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and effective project management.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or client servicing (digital marketing agency experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Experience in handling International Clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Ability to prepare client reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and digital marketing workflows is preferred.
