Teamwork and Initiative: Capable of taking initiative, working independently, and maintaining good coordination with the central team.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada, Tulu, and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage, motivate, and build rapport with women’s groups and local communities.
