About the Role

Ellora Prefab Pvt. Ltd., the PEB manufacturing and project delivery arm of Ellora Group, is expanding its execution team across Maharashtra. We are looking for an execution-focused Project Coordinator to manage PEB project delivery end-to-end — from design coordination and fabrication tracking to erection supervision and client handover.

Experience: 2–5 Years | Education: B.E./B.Tech Civil or Structural (Diploma considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between design, fabrication, dispatch, and erection teams for seamless project flow
• Track milestones, drawing revisions, and dispatch schedules against baseline programme
• Interface with clients and consultants for approvals, drawing submissions, and site queries
• Monitor daily progress, prepare MIS reports, and flag deviations with corrective actions
• Manage BOQ validation, RA billing support, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure IS code compliance and quality protocols (ITP/QCP)
• Coordinate crane scheduling, foundation readiness, and logistics for erection
• Maintain project documentation — RFIs, site instructions, NCRs, snag lists, handover packs

Required Skills

• 2–5 years in PEB project coordination or industrial/warehouse construction
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD output reading, MS Project / Excel
• Ability to read GA drawings, anchor bolt plans, and erection sequences
• Good communication in English, Hindi, or Marathi
