Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely dispatch of all custom print orders in the Customizable category.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and confirm delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors to order and track printing aids, tools, and materials.
- Estimate costs and prepare quotes for in‑house custom print jobs.
- Manage and update the daily press schedule in collaboration with the Onshore Customizable team.
- Lead ideation sessions and conduct pricing and competitor analysis for new print products.
- Develop and propose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve production efficiency.
- Create templates and integrate them into the production workflow for streamlined operations.
- Collaborate with pricing, design, and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve turnaround.
- Maintain a balance between speed and precision during rollout of new custom product templates, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality output.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Production Coordination, Print Management, Vendor Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience may also apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace for data management, reporting, and coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to perform pricing analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Prior experience in the printing, packaging, e-commerce, manufacturing, or customization industry will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

- This is 100% Work From Office job at Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru
- This involves shift timings between 4pm to 1am IST
- Looking for Immediate Joiners or candidates currently serving Notice Period
- Looking for candidates having experience in e-commerce industry background & having some understanding in ERP, CRM, Print & Packaging tools - This will be added advantage!!
