The Project Coordinator (Signages) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will manage and oversee signage project execution, ensuring its alignment with client requirements and project timelines. Responsibilities will include coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors, streamlining workflows, tracking project progress, and resolving any issues that arise. The Project Coordinator will also compile reports and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project coordination skills with experience in vendor management and scheduling
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Technical understanding of signage production processes is a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
