Our upcoming 3 MTPA Integrated Aluminium Project encompassing Mines, Refinery, Smelter and a 5000 MW captive power plant, including world-class Logistics & Infrastructure in the state of Odisha, is poised to redefine what world class greenfield execution looks like. A Transformational opportunity to lead one of the world’s largest integrated greenfield aluminium projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead full‑cycle development of the 3 MTPA Smelter, 6 MTPA Refinery and 5000 MW Captive Power Plant.
• Ensure seamless integration across power, utilities, transmission networks, water systems, rail corridors and port linkages.
• Lead technology selection, project structuring, EPC/EPCC strategy, BFR finalisation and long‑lead procurement.
• Steer land acquisition and statutory clearances along with logistics assessments
• Strengthen stakeholder management, enabling timely approvals and sustained Project momentum.
• Deliver superior capital efficiency, embedding safety excellence and ESG standards at the core of execution.

What We Are Looking For:

A seasoned leader with 20+ years’ experience delivering large‑scale smelter, refinery, power, and integrated industrial projects, with strong greenfield, EPC, and commissioning expertise, deep aluminium domain knowledge, and an ownership‑driven, AI‑enabled approach to execution excellence.
