Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, for a Project Head - Construction. The key responsibilities include leading end-to-end construction project management, coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining the highest quality. The Project Head will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects, providing leadership to cross-functional teams and collaborating with all stakeholders to meet project goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in construction project management, including scheduling, planning, and supervising daily progress.
- Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating teams and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Understanding of relevant construction compliance and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is an advantage.
- Proven experience in luxury real estate and hotel projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management is required. A postgraduate degree or certification is a plus.
