Role: Project Manager (UAV/ Drone Industry)

Location: Gurugram (full-time)

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end execution of UAV development and manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Testing, and Customer Support to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution through effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder communications by providing regular status updates, progress reports, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure engineering deliverables transition smoothly into manufacturing while supporting production readiness and delivery commitments.
• Drive adherence to project management best practices, documentation standards, and continuous process improvements.
• Track project KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization, and present periodic reviews to leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence across project teams.
