Project Manager – Market Research (Qualitative)

This is a Full time on-sit role in Gurgaon Sec -58, Immediate joiner preferred.



About the Role

Apelo Consulting is expanding, We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end research and projects of global markets. This role is central to ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality data collection while acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the research lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a highly organised, client-focused professional with deep expertise in quantitative research operations and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end qualitative research projects, from kick-off through delivery of raw data sets
  • Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into tailored, effective research solutions
  • Clearly communicate client requirements to internal teams
  • Act as the primary client contact across all operational phases: kick-off, fieldwork, and final delivery
  • Proactively track project progress, identify risks early, and provide timely, transparent updates to clients
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for new tools, features, and workflows
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the client journey, without compromising quality or deadlines.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Market Research industry
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines efficiently
  • Solid understanding of sampling methodologies (CATI, CAWI, online panels, etc.)
  • Experience managing quantitative research projects across multiple international markets
  • Highly autonomous, results-driven, and proactive working style
  • Strong judgment and a demonstrated track record of solving challenges quickly and effectively
  • Skilled at managing several complex, concurrent projects across various stages.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
