Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
  • Track project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Collaborate with estimating, operations, and field leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Commercial renovations
  • Industrial facilities
  • Design-build projects
  • Facility maintenance or special projects experience
