About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead – GIS (Electrical) / GIS Project Manager who has strong expertise in Electrical Utility GIS Projects, Survey Operations, GIS Technologies, Team Management, Client Coordination, and Project Delivery. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed end-to-end GIS projects involving electrical utility mapping, survey execution, data management, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete GIS & Survey Projects from initiation to delivery.
• Plan project timelines and execution strategy.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Lead GIS Engineers, Surveyors, Supervisors, and Field Teams.
• Allocate resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular team meetings.
• Recruit and train field staff whenever required.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Understand client requirements.
• Conduct project discussions and review meetings.
• Provide project updates.
• Resolve client queries and escalations.
• Ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage GIS Data Production.
• Monitor Data Conversion.
• Validate GIS Data Quality.
• Ensure proper database maintenance.
• Coordinate with production teams.
• Plan field survey activities.
• Monitor survey execution.
• Ensure accurate data collection.
• Implement latest survey methodologies.
• Coordinate field teams.

7–10 Years of GIS & Survey Project Experience
