Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of market research projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of quantitative and qualitative market research projects from project initiation to final delivery.
• Review project specifications and conduct feasibility assessments.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Client Services, Sampling, Programming, Data Processing, Fieldwork, and Reporting.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely execution of project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and profitability while ensuring operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular project status updates with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, project SOPs, and client requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare project-related reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in project management within the market research, insights, or consulting industry.
• Experience handling domestic and/or international market research projects.
• Exposure to quantitative and qualitative research projects is preferred.
