Project Manager – IT & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with development, design, SEO, PPC, content, and marketing teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Conduct regular client meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project performance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and project documentation.
• Support business development and account growth initiatives.
• Track project profitability and revenue targets.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in IT services, website development, and digital marketing projects.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and CRM tools.
• Excellent project planning, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
