Project Manager - Odoo/ ERP - Kochi

Location : Kochi Vennala

Working days - Monday to Friday alternate Saturdays ( From office)

Experience - 5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across Manufacturing, Trading & Distribution, and Service industries. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal technical teams to deliver successful ERP solutions from requirement gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
• Gather business requirements and conduct process analysis.
• Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Project, and Services.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, solution design, and implementation documentation.
• Conduct client demonstrations, workshops, and end-user training.
• Coordinate with technical teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution scoping, and implementation best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Proven expertise in the complete ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise implementations is essential.
• Odoo Functional Certification is an added advantage.
