We are seeking a Project Manager - Professional Services to lead the successful delivery of enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives for global clients. In this client-facing role, you will own the complete project lifecycle—from planning and solution implementation to deployment and post-go-live success—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Working closely with Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams, you will manage complex SaaS implementations, system integrations, and AI-driven enterprise solutions while building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project execution from project initiation through deployment and successful go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute implementation activities efficiently.
  
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders while managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, status meetings, and governance discussions with internal and client teams.
• Present project updates, milestones, risks, and key performance metrics to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  
  

Implementation & Technical Governance

• Oversee enterprise software implementations, AI-enabled solutions, and complex system integration projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to resolve implementation challenges.
• Ensure seamless coordination across multiple workstreams to achieve successful project delivery.
• Support technical governance by ensuring implementation quality and adherence to project standards.
  
  

Risk Management & Delivery Governance

• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks throughout the engagement.
• Monitor project health, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure timely execution.
• Manage change requests, issue resolution, escalation processes, and project governance.
• Maintain delivery excellence through structured project management methodologies and best practices.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement across implementation methodologies, delivery processes, and customer engagement practices.
• Promote standardization, operational efficiency, and knowledge sharing across project teams.
• Contribute to improving customer experience by refining implementation frameworks and delivery workflows.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; MBA is an advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management within enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing client-facing implementation projects.
• Proven experience leading enterprise and mid-market customer engagements.
• Experience delivering complex software implementation, AI, digital transformation, or system integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives, including C-suite, Vice Presidents, and Directors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining delivery quality.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or enterprise automation solutions.
• Background in B2B SaaS implementation or Professional Services organizations.
• Experience solving complex customer implementation challenges in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Rocketlane, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of implementation governance, technical integrations, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
