We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and AGILE initiatives in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, TPM, and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM and AGILE initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  
  

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in project management, TPM, and Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
