Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Treasury and Capital Markets to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong business analysis capabilities, and working knowledge of treasury/trading systems, financial products, and system integrations.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Technology Management) is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs within Treasury, Trading, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Experience working with treasury and trading platforms in financial institutions.
• Strong business analysis and requirements management experience.

Technical Skills

• Project management tools such as:
• Microsoft Project
• Scrum
• Kanban
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to write and interpret SQL queries.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
