About- Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City Chittoor (IIITS) was established by Government of India as an Institute of National Importance under the Act of Parliament in PPP model along with Government of Andhra Pradesh and Industry Partners-Sri City Foundation and Sri City Pvt. Limited. Project Scientist position in IIIT

Research/Job Area- ECE/Electronics

Location- Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sri City, Chittoor

Eligibility/Qualification–

Academic Qualification Master’s in ECE/Electronics; with min. 4 years experience;

OR, PhD in the area of Smart Transportation/ Underwater Technologies.

Candidates who are submitting the PhD Thesis in the next 60-75 days can also apply. Skills Required (Essential) Good hands-on experience in Embedded Systems, IoT, Python Programming and good knowledge on underwater technologies/ smart transportation Good publication record, with minimum 2 reputed journal publications. Skills Required (Desirable) Knowledgeable in AI ML mechanism Knowledge on Auto Navigation Techniques

Job/Position Description-

Applications are invited for the posts of Project Scientist in “Smart Transportation Research group” for a research project entitled “Intelligent Mechanisms for Sonar + Vision Communication” in a collaborative project between Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Sri City and National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) Chennai.
