Qualifications
- Property Management and Real Estate experience, including familiarity with lease administration and regulatory compliance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to oversee expenses and forecast property needs
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is highly desirable
