Role Description The Property Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Property Advisor will guide clients through the complete property selection and purchase process, including understanding their requirements, presenting suitable options, arranging site visits, and providing clear information on pricing, amenities, and legal aspects. This role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate projects, market trends, and investment opportunities, and using this insight to advise clients on suitable residential and commercial properties. The Property Advisor will handle inquiries, follow up with leads, prepare basic financial and investment comparisons, and support documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities also include delivering professional customer service, meeting sales and advisory targets, and accurately updating client records in company systems.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments knowledge to advise on suitable properties and real estate investment options.
• Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding to explain payment plans, pricing structures, and investment returns in clear terms.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in real estate sales or consulting, particularly in residential or commercial property markets.
• Candidates should demonstrate negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work toward targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Noida, with proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant real estate certifications or UP RERA awareness will be an advantage.
