Based in New Delhi, we work at the intersection of media, policy and influence, delivering integrated communications programmes for Indian and international clients across sectors.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Public Relations Executive to join our team.

The role will involve supporting the planning and execution of public relations campaigns, building media relationships, developing high-quality content, coordinating with clients and identifying opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and reputation.

Media Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers and industry influencers
• Develop and regularly update relevant media lists
• Pitch stories and identify media opportunities for clients
• Coordinate media interviews, briefings, interactions and press conferences

Content Development

• Draft press releases, media pitches, authored articles, media alerts, fact sheets and other communication materials
• Support the development of key messages, story ideas and communication strategies
• Ensure that all content is accurate, well-researched and aligned with client objectives

Client and Campaign Management

• Support day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams
• Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting notes, reports and action trackers
• Coordinate campaign activities and ensure the timely delivery of agreed deliverables
• Work closely with team members to manage multiple client mandates simultaneously

Media Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor print, digital, broadcast and social media coverage
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly media reports
• Track campaign performance and compile coverage reports with relevant insights
• Monitor emerging issues and developments that may impact clients

Research and Opportunity Identification

• Track industry trends, competitor activity and relevant news developments
• Conduct research to support campaign planning and content development
• Identify speaking opportunities, awards, events and thought-leadership platforms for clients

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, journalism or media relations
• Prior experience at a PR or communications agency will be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of the Indian media landscape
• Ability to build and maintain professional media relationships
• Strong research, organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Familiarity with digital media and social media platforms

• Timely delivery of client and campaign deliverables
• Strength and responsiveness of media relationships
