About the Role

To manage procurement activities efficiently by ensuring timely sourcing of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining vendor relationships, inventory control, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies.

Ordering process for all Manufacturing, Maintenance, Industrial division Individual Handling of domestic/ service purchases.

Responsibilities

• Follow up of material without any line stoppages
• End to End completion of cycle from Ordering == inward of material == Accounting == Payment remittance
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IMS, audit, and statutory requirements
• Support value engineering and cost reduction initiatives
• Presentation skills
• Inventory control
• Material Management

Required Skills

Skilled in vendor development, purchase order processing, quotation comparison, inventory monitoring, SAP operations, negotiation, and procurement documentation with strong coordination and analytical

• Ordering process
• Negotiation skills
• New developments
• Supplier performance
• MIS reports
• Imports

Desirable Skills:

Skilled in procurement operations, vendor management, negotiation, inventory coordination, SAP/ERP systems, and cost-effective sourcing with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate (B.Tech - Mechanical)

Industry Preference

Knowledge of steel, hardware, fabrication, or industrial materials
