• Strong experience with engineering excellence practices, including GitHub-based development workflows, code reviews, pull requests, CI/CD, and quality-driven delivery.
• Proven ability to leverage and integrate AI tools to improve developer productivity and software outcomes.
• Experience driving AI skill development, adoption, and best practices within engineering teams.
• Prior work experience with leading global technology companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, or comparable international organizations is highly preferred.
