Role Description The Python Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs that help learners build strong foundations and practical skills in Python programming. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing curriculum and course materials, creating hands-on exercises and projects, conducting classroom sessions, and providing one-on-one guidance to participants. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and project evaluations, and continuously refine training content based on feedback and industry best practices. The role also involves collaborating with engineering and academic teams to align course outcomes with real-world applications in robotics, automation, and data-driven systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Python programming skills, including core syntax, object-oriented concepts, and experience with standard libraries.
• Candidates should possess skills in teaching or training, such as curriculum development, classroom delivery, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of applied domains such as data handling, scripting for automation, or integration with hardware and engineering workflows.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills, the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, and strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in Python development and training.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, teaching assistant, or mentor in programming or technical subjects is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple batches or courses, and adapt training methods to different learner levels.
