Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in Automation testing.

Proficiency in Java, Javascript. Have a grasp or experience of working AGILE + DevOps process management methodology

Must be accustomed with different test methods and tools like TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Protractor, SUitest.

Exposure to BDD – Behavior Driven Development

(BDD– Behaivor Driven Development: In software engineering, behavior-driven development is an Agile software development process that encourages collaboration among developers, QA and non-technical or business participants in a software project)

Able to spot bottlenecks and thresholds and cleverly uses automation tools for appropriate solutions

Understanding of OOD – Object-Oriented Design ((OOD – Object-oriented design is the process of planning a system of interacting objects for the purpose of solving a software problem. It is one approach to software design))

OTT knowledge/API automation is an additional advantage for automation

Organization and Time Management skills

Communication Skills

Attitude to upgrade yourself

Preferred tool would be appium and Javascript but willing to learn

Job responsibilities

Understanding and Analysing Test Requirements

Writing and executing the manual test cases.

Automation of the manual test cases.

Perform end-to-end manual testing of the product, Getting the requirement and creating test cases based on it.

Collaborating with other teams to manage internal and external timelines and deliverables

Oversee day-to-day activities of the manual and automation testing teams

Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes
