Upmesh is looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has experience in software testing and quality assurance processes, with familiarity in using tools like Jira. If you’re passionate about improving software quality and ensuring user-friendly experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to identify software defects
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and ensure product quality
• Log and track bugs using Jira
• Understand and interpret software requirements and technical documentation (in German)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices
  
  

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing (preferred)
• Familiarity with Jira and general software testing methodologies
• Ability to read and understand German (e.g., in technical tickets and documentation)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Fluent German speaking is a plus
