Job Summary

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer Civil with experience in residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have worked with developers, builders, or construction companies and possess strong knowledge of quality control processes, civil execution standards, and construction quality audits. Candidates who have handled projects between Andheri and Mira Road will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures as per project quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of civil works, including RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and structural activities.
• Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and quality records.
• Monitor material quality through inspections, testing, and vendor compliance.
• Identify defects, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support project handover by ensuring all quality documentation is complete.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, and construction quality standards.
• Familiarity with IS Codes, QA/QC documentation, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
