To implement and monitor QA/QC activities across the NYU Project, ensuring that all services, maintenance works, inspections, and operational deliverables comply with client requirements, contractual obligations, approved quality standards, and company procedures. The role is responsible for conducting quality inspections, identifying non-conformities, supporting corrective actions, maintaining quality records, and driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.


Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with client requirements, contract scope, company standards, and approved quality plans.
  • Ensure all project activities are carried out in line with SOPs, method statements, inspection checklists, and quality requirements.
  • Review quality documents, reports, and project records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.


Site Inspections and Quality Control

  • Conduct regular inspections of maintenance works, services, materials, and completed activities across the project.
  • Monitor hard services, soft services, MEP, civil, subcontractor works, and operational activities to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify defects, service gaps, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
  • Verify that corrective actions are completed properly and within agreed timelines.


Audits and Documentation

  • Conduct internal quality audits and support client or external audits when required.
  • Prepare inspection reports, audit reports, NCRs, corrective action reports, and quality summaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, observations, approvals, rejections, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is properly filed and available for review or audit.


Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions

  • Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports related to quality issues or non-compliant works.
  • Coordinate with operations teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and service teams to close quality observations.
  • Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Escalate unresolved or repeated quality issues to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager.


Client and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with client representatives, consultants, internal teams, and subcontractors on quality-related matters.
  • Attend site inspections, quality meetings, project reviews, and operational walks.
  • Provide updates on inspection findings, NCR status, corrective actions, and quality performance.
  • Support the project team in maintaining client satisfaction and service excellence.


Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze inspection results, audit findings, complaints, and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance quality, compliance, efficiency, and service consistency.
  • Support quality awareness among site teams through guidance, briefings, and best practice sharing.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
