Responsibilities
- Perform stage-wise inspection of fabrication, welding, and assembly activities.
- Verify material identification, traceability, dimensions, and workmanship.
- Review MTCs, drawings, and quality documents.
- Coordinate and witness NDT activities (VT, PT, MT, RT, UT).
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality records.
- Assist in hydro, pneumatic, and leak testing.
- Coordinate with production, customers, and third-party inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, QAP, ITP, and applicable codes.
- Knowledge of fabrication and welding processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of ASME/API standards and NDT methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word).
- NDT Level-II Certification.
- Experience in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, and Process Equipment.
